Ghost Educational Consultants is proud to partner with schools nationwide to help all staff implement effective strategies that support educators, enhance the student experience, build thriving school environments and guide all school personnel to add more "tools" to their educational "toolbelt."
“When I established Ghost, I set out to provide guidance to teachers, administrators and coaches. Oftentimes, professional development focuses on only how we can better serve our students. But school staff need to ensure that they are taking care of themselves and they need support just as much. The world of education continues to change and evolve. Our thinking as educators also needs to change, adjust and adapt. The techniques and strategies that we provide are effective, trusted and have proven to be successful. But I don’t just want to work with a school and then leave – my hope is the maintain a professional relationship so that I’m looked at as a guide or a trusted resource to help educators everywhere in their work with the students and families that they serve."

“I recently attended a professional development presentation by Steve, and it was outstanding. Even after thirty-one years of teaching, I walked away with valuable tips on approach and tone that I found incredibly helpful - it was a great re-set. Steve generously shared his presentation, and I was able to pull several key points that I then passed along to my student teachers and newer colleagues. Whether you're a seasoned educator or just starting out, Steve offers insights that are beneficial for all levels of experience."

“While my colleagues complained about how boring their trainings were, I raved about how much I learned and the valuable information I gained from mine. Steve offered insight about shifting the approach from confrontation to collaboration, asking parents for their help and to partner with the school. He focused on building positive relationships with difficult families through pro-active communication and problem solving. Steve taught us that fostering positive collaboration and open communication builds trust and creates a supportive environment for students which increases comfort levels when difficult conversations need to be had.”

He relates to educators in diverse roles - administrators, teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, and more. Steve has that rare ability to make an audience nod in understanding, laugh out loud, think deeply, and generate questions…all in the same presentation!
